ghplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ghplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ghplay does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. Any dispute not resolved through PAGCOR's process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
